1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all residents of Australia and New Zealand.
   
   
2. The promotion commences 01/03/2011 at 12pm (AEST) and closes 30/06/2012 at 12pm (AEST). The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin on 01/07/2012. Each entry will be judged on originality and creative merit. The judge's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter.
   
   
3. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
   
   
4. The promotion is open to Australian and New Zealand entrants only.
   
   
5. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence)
   
   
6. To enter, entrants must email contact@tbn.com.au and include their name, age, contact telephone number and describe in 50 words or less: Which Designer Brands product can’t you live without and why?
   
   
7. The best entry as determined by the judges will win $500 credit to spend on the Designer Brands website. The winner can select any items available for purchase to the general public.
   
   
8. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
   
   
9. The winners will be contacted by phone and email using the contact details provided in their entry.
   
   
10. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or transferred to persons other than the winner. Prizes must be taken as stipulated by the Promoter.
    
    
11. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party. 1. To be eligible to register as a Designer Brands VIP member you must purchase a Designer Brands Cosmetics item at any participating Pharmacy, collect a VIP card and obtain a stamp on your VIP card at time of purchase.
2. Each product purchased equates to one stamp on your VIP card. You will receive one free Designer Brands Cosmetic of your choice (up to $8 in retail value) for every 6 Designer Brands Cosmetics purchased. Free product will be given once all 6 stamps have been obtained and all sections on the card are completed.
3. By using your VIP Card you accept and agree to these terms and conditions. The VIP Card is not transferable and remains the property of Designer Brands.

2. Application Form, unused product and original receipt must be returned to Designer Brands™ Cosmetics to be eligible for your money back.
3. Application forms:
   1. must be fully completed and pre-lodged on our website;
   2. printed copy must be signed and returned with product & receipt;
   3. will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect.
4. Designer Brands™ product:
   1. must be returned with application form & purchase receipt;
   2. must have been tried for at least 14 days;
   3. must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
5. Proof of purchase (original store receipt with item circled) must be returned (photocopies are not acceptable).
6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
7. Refund must be applied for no less than 14 days after purchase. Application for refund must be post marked no more than 45 days after purchase.
8. Refund Payments will be made:
   1. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
   2. by refund to a Visa, Master Card or EFT to an Australian Bank account only, as per the details on the application form;
