1. Instructions on how to enter form part of these Conditions of Entry. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of the Conditions of Entry. The competition is open to all residents of Australia. Entrants under 18 years of age may not apply.
2. The promotion commences 01/06/2009 at 12pm (AEST) and closes 31/03/2010 at 12pm. The competition will be judged by a panel of judges appointed by the Promoter. Judging will take place at the Promoters premises and will begin on 01/04/2010. Each entry will be judged on originality and creative merit. The judge's decision in relation to all aspects of this promotion is final and binding on all who enter.
3. Incomplete, illegible and incomprehensible entries will be deemed invalid and will not be included in the judging.
4. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant's identity, age and place of residence)
5. To enter, entrants must email glama@tbn.com.au and include a current photo of themselves, name, age, full address, contact telephone number and describe in 50 words or less: What beauty regime do you follow that makes you feel like a Glama Mama?
6. The best entry as determined by the judges will win the major prize pack valued at over $2000. This prize includes $1,000 worth of beauty products, a makeover and photo shoot at Starshots Glamour Photography and $600 credit towards prints. A shot of the winner and child will appear on the cover of Glama Mama 2010. Photo shoot will take place at a date and time determined by the Promoter at their complete discretion. Date and time of photo shoot is subject to availability of venue, photographers and stylists.
7. The best 10 entries as determined by the judges will each win a Starshots Little Miracles package. This prize includes three photo shoots: one during the winners pregnancy, one shortly after birth and one at the winners baby's first birthday. Date and time of photo shoot is subject to availability of venue and photographers. Prize does not include any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the prize; this includes the cost of prints. These are the responsibility of the winner.

9. Prizes are valued in Australian dollars. Prize values mentioned are the recommended retail value as provided by the supplier and are correct at time of printing.
10. The winners will be contacted by phone, using the contact details provided in their entry.
11. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late entries. Prizes cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash or transferred to persons other than the winner. Prizes must be taken as stipulated by the Promoter.
12. If any (or part of any prize) is unavailable, the Promoter, in its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize (or that part of the prize) with a prize to the equal value and/or specification, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.
13. All entries submitted become the property of the Promoter. Each entrant warrants to the Promoter that the entry submitted does not infringe the rights of any third party. The entrant agrees to indemnify the Promoter against all claims and costs by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty set out in this condition. The Promoter is entitled to use any of the entries submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including (but not limited to) for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter and Starshots (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; and/or loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunctioning (whether or not under the Promoters control); (b) any theft, unauthorized access or third party interference; (c) any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after their receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter; (d) any variation in prize value to that stated in these Conditions of Entry; (e) any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; and/or (f) redemption of a prize.
15. The Promoter reserves the right to cancel the 2010 publication of Glama Mama at any time. In the event of this occurring the prize will be $1,000 worth of beauty products, a makeover and photo shoot of the major prize winner at Starshots Glamour Photography and $600 credit towards prints. No substitute will be given for not reproducing a 2010 edition of Glama Mama.
16. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the cover shot photograph if deemed by the Promoter to not be appropriate or of substantial quality.
17. By entering the competition, the entrant consents to receipt of any email regarding the competition, and other emails which inform the entrant of the Promoters other publications, products, services and events and to promote third party goods and services it may be interested in.
18. It is a condition of accepting the prize that the major prize winner agrees to be interviewed by the Promoter if requested. The winner also agrees that any and all interviews conducted by the Promoter may be featured in the 2010 issue of Glama Mama magazine. As a condition of accepting the prize, the winner agrees to assign all of their rights, title and interest in and to any and all interviews and photographs to the Promoter. The Promoter is entitled to use the interview and/or photographs submitted for any purposes at its discretion, including for any future promotion, marketing and publicity purposes. Inclusion of an interview and photographs (including but not limited to creative control of the feature) remains at all times at the complete discretion of the Promoter.

1. To be eligible to register as a Designer Brands VIP member you must purchase a Designer Brands Cosmetics item at any participating Pharmacy, collect a VIP card and obtain a stamp on your VIP card at time of purchase.
2. Each product purchased equates to one stamp on your VIP card.
