  1. The Money Back Guarantee can only be applied for on our website: www.tbn.com.au/moneyback.php
  2. Application Form, unused product and original receipt must be returned to Designer Brands™ Cosmetics to be eligible for your money back.
  3. Application forms:
    1. must be fully completed and pre-lodged on our website;
    2. printed copy must be signed and returned with product & receipt;
    3. will not be processed, returned or acknowledged if incomplete or incorrect.
  4. Designer Brands™ product:
    1. must be returned with application form & purchase receipt;
    2. must have been tried for at least 14 days;
    3. must have at least 50% of the contents remaining.
  5. Proof of purchase (original store receipt with item circled) must be returned (photocopies are not acceptable).
  6. One refund of one product only per family at any one address.
  7. Refund must be applied for no less than 14 days after purchase. Application for refund must be post marked no more than 45 days after purchase.
  8. Refund Payments will be made:
    1. for the amount on the original purchase receipt or RRP, whichever is less;
    2. by refund to a Visa, Master Card or EFT to an Australian Bank account only, as per the details on the application form;
    3. no cheques or other forms of refund will be used
    4. within 60 days of receipt of application form, unused product and purchase receipt
    5. postage costs will not be refunded.
  9. Designer Brands™ Cosmetics reserves the right to reject any application it deems inappropriate or an abuse of the offer, or the subject of fraud.
  10. Offer is valid to 30th June 2010 and can be altered or suspended without any notice.
