How do I order online? ^ top
STEP 1 - Sign Up - To order online you need to create an account with us. Click Here to do this now, or if you already have an account simple log in with the email address and password you specified when you signed up. If you don't remember your password we have created a password retrieval system. Simply enter your email address and we will send you all the details you need to log in.

STEP 2 - Fill up your cart - To begin browsing the range of products at Total Beauty Network, use the Product Search or select Products Overview from the Site Contents menu on the left. This page allows you to browse by category by clicking on one of the category names listed. In each category you will have the opportunity to view our products and add them to your shopping cart. The Total Beauty Network Online Ordering system revolves around a shopping cart system which works in much the same way as it would in your local supermarket. As you are browsing through various product listings, you need simply click on the 'add' button to add it to your electronic shopping cart. Feel free to add as many items to your shopping cart as you like as it puts you under no obligation to purchase anything and you can remove items later on.

STEP 3 - Review your Order - When you have added all the items you want to purchase, click the 'Check Out' link on the Shopping Cart menu. We now offer you the chance to alter the items in your shopping cart. For each item in your cart you can either select the 'Remove' checkbox to remove the item from your shopping cart or change the quantity you wish to purchase. Make as many changes as you like and click the 'Update' button. When you are satisfied with your order click the 'Order' button to proceed to the checkout.

STEP 4 - Checkout - This is a chance for you to specify where your order is sent, how you wish to pay and any notes or instructions associated with your order. At this point you can also change your billing address and select a shipping address. When everything is ready click the "Submit Order" button, and you're done! Your order will be processed on the next working day. If there are any problems someone on our staff will contact you.

STEP 5 - Your Account - When you are logged in you can go to your account and view previous orders, change you billing details and add additional shipping addresses.

How do I find the nearest retailer to me? ^ top
It's easy, just use our store locator to search by postal code or browse by state. Please note that our store locator will find stores that stock DermaNew, Naked Kiss and Designer Brands, to find out where you can get White Sands products you will need to contact us directly. How do I become a VIP member? ^ top

How do I access your retailers or salons sections? ^ top
These user areas are for Total Beauty Network stockists. To access it you need our permission. If you are a salon, you can request this permission by filling out this form: Salon Signup. If you are a retailer, you can request this permission by filling out this form: Retailer Signup. We will review your details and send you an email notifying you of our decision. If approved a login id and password will be emailed to the email address you supplied. It is important to note that when you fill out the application, you will not receive automatic entry into the downloads area. You won't be given access until we approve your application. How does the DermaNew Trade-in work? ^ top
DermaNew offer you a $30.00 trade in of the purchase of either their Facial Kit, Total Body Experience, Hand and Foot Kit or Acne Kit. Only one trade in per household. You must supply all the information in order to qualify for the $30.00 trade in. For more details click here.
